Refer A Friend - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility of the Referrer

   • The referral program is open to existing customers ('Referrers') who have spent a minimum of €100 on their active hosting services.

   • Customers who have not yet met this €100 spend threshold are not eligible to participate as referrers.

2. Eligible Referrals

   • A referral is considered successful when a new customer (“Referee”) signs up using the Referrer’s unique referral link and spends a minimum of €50 on their new service.

   • The Referee must be a new customer and must not have previously held an account with us.

   • Existing promotions (e.g .ie domains registrations are not included).

3. Referral Reward

   • For each Referrer, a one-time €50 account credit will be awarded once the first successful referral meets the minimum spend requirement.

   • Although a Referrer may refer more than one person, the €50 credit is awarded only once per Referrer, regardless of the number of successful referrals.

4. Credit Application

   • The €50 referral credit will be applied directly to the Referrer’s account after the referred customer has completed the minimum €50 spend.

   • Referral credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Fair Use & Abuse

   • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral system will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any referral credits.

6. Program Changes

   • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. General

   • Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
