What happened?

What happens next

  1. You get a report number straight away, and an email confirmation.
  2. Our abuse team checks the evidence and contacts the customer responsible.
  3. If the problem is not fixed, the service can be suspended.

Your privacy

We only pass your name and email address to the customer you report if you choose to below. We keep reports only as long as we need them to deal with the abuse.
