We will be conducting emergency maintenance on Thursday, 29th August 2024, due to a recent ESB outage that damaged an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) at our data centre. This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued reliability of our services.

• Time Window: 05:00 - 07:00 (GMT)
• Location: Web World DC1
Impact:
During this maintenance window, some broadband and server customers will experience a brief outage of approximately 60 minutes. For safety reasons, we will manually power down the affected servers and restart them once the maintenance is complete. Additionally, we will need to reboot some switches, which may cause temporary network instability.
