Web World and COVID-19

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and we have contingency plans in place in the event that we face disruption. The safety and welfare of our staff and customers is our top priority at all times. We have provided guidance, in line with WHO and HSE recommendations, for all our colleagues.


Moving workers from work to home.

All our staff have the ability to work remotely, many of them do already and have done so for many years. On Monday (16/03/20), we asked all our staff to work from home where it was possible. We have a minimal number of people working on site at the data centers who are dealing with hardware support and emergencies.


Travel restrictions.

We are canceling all non-essential work-related travel and advising strongly against any unnecessary personal travel.


Maintaining a stock of parts.

Working closely with our partners to make sure we have additional equipment and supplies to take care of employees, and by extension, our customers. We have also increased our stock of spare parts for emergencies. 


We're in this together.

One of our core values as a company is to have respect for each other. In time we will beat the corona virus but we need to work together and stick together, in every way we can. Our team remains available around the clock to support you in this difficult time.
