Resource Usage
To ensure the stability, security, and performance of our hosting environment for all customers, accounts hosted on our shared hosting platform are subject to reasonable resource usage limitations.

Customers may not:

  • Consume excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, network bandwidth, or other system resources in a manner that adversely affects the performance or availability of the server or services provided to other customers.
  • Run processes that continuously consume significant server resources or create an unreasonable load on the hosting infrastructure.Execute resource-intensive scripts, cron jobs, applications, or background processes that negatively impact server performance.
  • Use the hosting service as a file storage, backup repository, or content distribution platform unrelated to the operation of the hosted website(s).
  • We reserve the right to temporarily limit, suspend, or terminate any account that causes service degradation, excessive resource consumption, or instability within the hosting environment.


Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities under applicable local, national, or international laws.
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software.
  • Phishing websites, fraudulent schemes, identity theft, or deceptive practices.
  • Unauthorized access to systems, networks, servers, accounts, or data.
  • Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or network attacks without prior written authorization.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or related resource-intensive blockchain activities.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating mailing practices that violate anti-spam regulations.
  • Hosting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Operating proxy services, open relays, anonymization services, or similar applications that may be abused.

Any activity that may disrupt, damage, overload, or impair the functionality of our infrastructure or third-party networks

Email Usage
Customers shall use email services responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-spam regulations.

  • Sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or unsolicited bulk email (UBE).
  • Purchasing, renting, harvesting, or using third-party email lists.
  • Operating mailing lists without verifiable recipient consent.
  • Excessive outbound email activity that may negatively impact server reputation or email deliverability.
  • We reserve the right to impose sending limits, suspend mail services, or terminate accounts involved in spam-related activities.

Email Forwarders
Email forwarding services ("Forwarders") are provided as a convenience feature and must not be used in a manner that negatively affects the performance, reputation, or deliverability of our mail infrastructure.
We reserve the right to limit, disable, suspend, or remove any email forwarder that:

  • Generates excessive email traffic or server load.
  • Forwards unsolicited, bulk, or abusive email.
  • Contributes to spam complaints, blacklist listings, or reputation issues.
  • Creates mail loops, backscatter, bounce storms, or other abnormal email behavior.
  • Is configured in a manner that adversely affects the stability or operation of our email systems.

Customers are solely responsible for monitoring and managing their forwarding configurations.
Where necessary to protect the integrity, security, or reputation of our email infrastructure, we may disable or remove email forwarders without prior notice.

Security Requirements
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their websites, applications, scripts, and account credentials.

Customers shall:

  • Use strong passwords for hosting accounts, email accounts, databases, and control panel access.
  • Keep all software, CMS platforms, plugins, themes, and applications updated with current security patches.
  • Remove vulnerable, abandoned, or unsupported software.
  • Promptly investigate and remediate any security incidents originating from their hosting account.
  • Accounts identified as compromised, infected, or participating in malicious activities may be suspended immediately to protect the integrity of the hosting environment.


Fair Usage
Shared hosting services are intended for the normal operation of websites and related online services.
Customers may not use shared hosting plans as a substitute for dedicated servers, VPS services, cloud infrastructure, large-scale storage systems, or high-performance computing environments.
Where a customer's requirements exceed the intended scope of shared hosting, we may recommend migration to a more suitable hosting solution.

Enforcement
We reserve the sole right to determine whether an account's usage violates this Acceptable Use Policy.

Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Resource limitation.
  • Temporary service suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Removal of content.
  • Refusal of service renewal.
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.
  • Actions may be taken with or without prior notice when necessary to protect the security, stability, or reputation of our services.

Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the services following any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
